Gilles started his career as the HR Manager in a rapid growth IT company in the 90s and launched the recruitment and selection business unit. He launched his own HR consultancy company and carried out professional development training programs for a couple of years. Since 2003, he has been coaching startups and SMEs mostly on organisational issues and team dynamics. He is also involved as expert for a regional assessment center. Gilles holds a Master in organisational psychology from University Neuchâtel.
